A Wiltshire-based Digital Agency had asked me to investigate an issue into emails misfiring. After spending an extensive amount of time troubleshooting and trying to get to the core of the problem, to keep client costs down, I decided to change the approach and use a PHPMailer class to fix the issue.

I was then tasked to re-style the WooCommerce emails in order to match the site's branding.
