A Wiltshire-based Digital Agency had asked me to create a custom plugin for the Administration team at FSB to save data directly to their backend 3rd-party CRM system.

This involved extensive work to get the site communicating with the CRM provider, but nevertheless, got it working, which has greatly enhanced their productivity via automation.
